How soon should I book planning help?
Ideally three to six months before your trip, so we have time to plan thoughtfully and book the best hotels, drivers, and routes. Last-minute planning is possible but more limited.
Can you plan for couples, families, or solo women travelers?
Yes. I plan for couples, multi-generational families, friend groups, and solo women travelers. Every plan is tailored to who is going and what they are comfortable with.
Can you help if I already booked flights?
Yes. Many travelers come to me after booking flights but before booking hotels, drivers, and the in-country plan. That is a great time to start.
Do you make bookings for me?
The Custom Planning Package gives you vetted recommendations to book yourself. Full Concierge includes booking coordination support and on-trip help.
What do I receive at the end?
A clear, written, day-by-day itinerary with hotel, driver, and guide recommendations, plus practical guidance on food, hygiene, safety, pacing, and logistics.
